Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using SignUpSpree (“Service”) operated by ClickingSpree LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us at support@signupspree.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Send unsolicited communications (spam).
  • Collect or harvest personal information without consent.
  • Impersonate any person or organization.
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service’s operation.
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes beyond your own organization’s events and volunteer management.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

3. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or is reported as harmful.

4. Payments and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise noted. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase before it takes effect for existing subscribers.

A 3% platform fee applies to ticket sales, auction payments, and sponsorship collections processed through the Service to cover payment processing overhead.

5. Free plan limits

The Free plan is provided “as-is” with no uptime guarantees. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with 30 days’ notice. We will never retroactively charge for features previously available on the Free plan.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days after termination. After 30 days, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLICKINGSPREE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClickingSpree LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email and via in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
